The Belding Banner, Thursday, May 31, 1900

Percival B. Lewis, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Lewis, of Greenville, formerly of 
Belding, died Saturday after a few days’ illness of appendicitis.  He was a 
graduate of the high school last year and was a promising young man.  Belding 
friends deeply sympathize with the bereaved family.  F. A. Washburn, W. P. 
Hetherington and T. F. Ireland with their wives attended the funeral which was 
held Monday.
