Lewis, who died at Bloomington, Illinois, were brought to Ionia this morning for interment, accompanied by members of the family and friends. The remains were taken to Winchell & Stone's undertaking rooms and a prayer service, conducted by Rev. E. E. Branch, was held at the grave this afternoon. Interment was at three o'clock in Highland Park. Mr. Lewis was 59 years of age and was a son of the late H.M. Lewis of Ionia. He was a railroad engineer and several years ago received injuries from which he never fully recovered. Representatives of the Bloomington Masons and the Railroad Engineers of that place accompanied the family here. The pallbearers were old time friends, Herbert Robb, R.A. Redemsky, Walter Smith, Warren McSween, Fred Catt and H.A. Rich.
