Ionia Shopper's Guide-Sat. March 20, 2021

LEWIS
Shirley Jan Lewis age 77, of Hasting, MI passed away March 10, 2021. She was 
born on August 7, 1943 in Ionia the daughter of John and Beverly (Benner) Jenks. 
She married Tom Lewis on June 9, 1984 in Hasting's.

Shirley was a member of the  Thornapple Valley Church. She enjoyed golfing, 
playing bingo, and traveling with her husband.

Surviving Shirley is her loving husband of 36 years, Tom Lewis of Hastings; 
children, Dawn (Alan Scott) Brinningstaull of Lake Odessa, Debbie (Gerry) Ward 
of Kentwood, Randy Ellwood of Hastings, Jonah Lewis of Hastings and Jacob Lewis 
of Hastngs; 12 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister, Janet (Phil) Welch 
of Lake Odessa; brother-sin-law, Harold Lewis of Hasting's, Don Lewis of Idaho 
and Mark Lewis of Grand Rapids and sister-in-law, Julie Lewis of Hastings.  She 
was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Robin Ellwood, brother Terry 
Jenks and brother-in-law Bob Lewis.

Family received friends on Wednesday, March 17th from 3:00-7:00 at Lake Funeral 
Home in Ionia. Those wishing may make memorial donations to lake Odessa VFW.
