Victim of fatal crash identified.
Suzanne Lich, 48, of Lake Odessa, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim of a fatal car accident on Monday morning in Sebewa township has been 
identified as Suzanne Lich, 48, of Lake Odessa.

Lich was traveling south on M-66, just north of Eaton highway, around 7:15 a.m. on
Monday when her 2004 Dodge Intrepid lost control on the icy road and slid sideway into the
path of an oncoming northbound vehicle.

The oncoming vehicle, a 2000 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck driven by a 21
year-old man, struck the passenger side of Lich's vehicle, according to the Michigan State
Police.

Lich was pronounced dead at the scene. The The driver of the pickup truck did not
report any injuries, according to police.

Neither drugs nor alcohol appeared to be factors in the accident, and both drivers
were wearing their seat belts at the time of the the mishap, a police report said.

Funeral arrangements for Lich have yet to be announced.
