He was born Feb. 4, 1909, at LeRoy, Mich., the son of Francis and Agnes Lincoln. Formerly of Greenville, Mr. Lincoln was a resident of the Sheridan area since 1973. He retired as supervisor of Gibson’s in 1968 after working there for 43 years. He also owned and operated the Mo-hotel from 1965-1973. Mr. Lincoln married Pearl M. Ritchey Oct. 10, 1942, in Ionia. She survives, along with two daughters, Mrs. Durward (Beverly) Hicks of Saranac and Mrs. Donald (Alice) Jones of Stanton; four sons, Glenn of Coopersville, Gene of California, Floyd Kenney of Palo and Richard Kenney of St. Louis, Mich.; one sister, Mrs. Harold (Marian) Kage of Fremont; two brothers, Dr. Norman Lincoln of Reed City and Marvin Lincoln of St. Paul, Minn.; 18 grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Stebbins and Simpson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Daniel Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memory Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. Envelopes are available at the Funeral Home. Friends and relatives may visit from 2 to 4 and 7 to 8:30 p.m. Friday.
