Lindholm, 61, of 1003 Michigan Street, Brighton, died Thursday following a heart attack. Mr. Lindholm suffered a heart attack while bowling at Long Cabin Bowling alleys on Woodard Avenue in Detroit about 9 pm. He was dead upon admittance to Mt. Carmel Hospital about 11 pm. Mr. Lindholm was born July 4, 1896 in Chicago, the son of Nelson H. and Mathilda Lindholm. He was graduated from the University of Illinois and became a pharmacist. He lived in Detroit for 22 years before moving to Brighton nine months ago. Mr. Lindholm was employed by the Rexall drug store in Brighton. He was a member of Acme lodge 1080 F & AM in Chicago and a member of the Michigan State Pharmaceutical association. He was confirmed in the Lutheran Church. A veteran of World War I, Mr. Lindholm also served as a pharmacist first class in the Merchant Marine during World War II. On May 11, 1946 he was married to the former Florence Thwaites of Ionia. Surviving besides his wife Florence are a daughter, Mrs. Janet Turner of Los Angeles, two grandchildren and two nieces of Washington, D.C. Funeral service will be held at the Boynton funeral home Monday at 2 pm with the Rev. Ronald Fuller officiating. Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
