Ionia Sentinel, Tuesday, November 14, 1944

Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, final rites were held for Mrs. Ammon J. 
Lindley, 75, of 423 King street.

Pallbearers were five nephews, Leander Peacock, Elwood Peacock and Walter 
Peacock of Lake Odessa, Albert Peacock of Ionia, Oran Daniels of Lake Odessa 
and a grandson, Lionel Butler, of East Tawas.

Attending services from away were Mrs. Earl Hester and Mr. and Mrs. Lionel 
Butler of East Tawas; Mr. and Mrs. Leo Worden of Caro; Mrs. Henry Wiersma, Mrs. 
Henry Huizenga and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Bush of Grand Rapids; Elmarion Worden of 
Cadillac; Mr. and Mrs. William Lindley and Mr. and Mrs. Dower Lindley of Battle 
Creek; Mr. and Mrs. Don Bennett of Fenton; Mrs. Mabel Fancett of Newberry; Mr. 
and Mrs. Oran Daniels, Mr. and Mrs. Leander Daniels, Mrs. Eunice Peacock, Mrs. 
Rufus Aldrich of Lake Odessa and Mr. and Mrs. Wallie Aldrich of Vermontville.
