Ionia Daily Sentinel, 26 Nov 1956

Nathaniel P. (Nay) Lindsey, 71, died late Saturday at his home in Lakeland, 
Fla. following a lengthy illness.

He was born southeast of Lyons on his parents farm, a son of Mr. and Mrs. James 
F. Lindsey and attended the rural school in Murphy district and Lyons Township 
high school.  Mr. Lindsey married Miss Mae Fitzgerald of White Cloud and they 
lived in Detroit for sometime and later moved to Lyons.  The Lindsey’s moved to 
Florida later because of his health.

He was a member of a Detroit Masonic lodge and was a 32nd degree Mason.

Surviving are his wife, Mae; one son, Victor, Lakeland; one daughter, Mrs. 
Warren Brown, Milford, three grandchildren; one brother, Albert of Lyons; two 
sisters, Mrs. Fred Knapp of Sheridan and Mrs. Edward Brown, Lyons.

No funeral arrangements have been announced.
