Pneumonia Fatal to Lola Lindsley

Passed Away Monday At Home Near Sebewa Corners Following Short Illness.

Miss Lola M. Lindsley, aged 21 years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Lindsley, 
died at her home in Sebewa, early Monday morning, following a several day’s 
illness from pneumonia.  Funeral services were held from the residence 
Wednesday afternoon, in charge of Rev. J.H. Stewart.  Burial was made in the 
Sebewa cemetery.

Miss Lindsley was born in Midland county and 12 years ago came with her parents 
to this community, residing six years on a farm near the Christian Bend 
school.  Six years ago the family moved on the farm in Sebewa where her death 
occurred.  She was a member of the Portland Baptist church.  Besides the 
parents, she is survived by one sister, Miss Ruth, and a grandfather and 
grandmother, Noah Lindsley, of Sebewa, and Mrs. Fannie Oswald, of St. Louis, 
Mich.
