Orville Lint, 78 Norwood, Hillsdale, and formerly of Ionia died unexpectedly Monday evening while clerking in a hotel in Hillsdale. The Rev. Lint was a graduate of the Anchor Bay Evangelistic Association of New Baltimore, Michigan. The Rev. Lint died suddenly of a heart attack. Until two years ago he was a resident of Ionia and before leaving here for Hillsdale was employed as night clerk at Lock’s Ionia hotel. At the time of his death he was night clerk at the Sanderson Hotel at Hillsdale. He is survived by his wife Ella Viola of Hillsdale; three daughters, Mrs. Irvin Curtis of Ionia, Mrs. Bert Husted of Lyons, and Mrs. Mary Simmons, who is attending Bible Institute in New Baltimore; two sons, Roland Lint with the Army in Japan, and John Lint of Ionia, three brothers, William E. and Roy of Hillsdale, and Carl of Jackson, and one sister Mrs. Eulalia S??man of Hillsdale. He was born May 28, 1886 in Williams county, Ohio, the son of Rushton and Mary Ann Lint. Mr. Lynch reposes at the Mettler funeral home at Hillsdale and services will be at the United Brethren church in Hillsdale, pending arrival of his son, Roland, who is stationed at Tokyo. Officiating will be the Rev. Lucy Evelyn Iske of New Baltimore and Assisting will be the Rev. A. E. Moor and the Rev. George Solomon both of Hillsdale. Burial will be in Lakeview Cemetery at Hillsdale.
