Funeral services for Bernard C. (Joe) Liscombe, 48, of Muir were conducted by 
Dr. Paul Stewart at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Shaw-Rivett funeral home.  Mr. 
Liscombe died Friday of a heart attack at his home.  

Bearers were Harlon Eggleston, Elwood Baird, Cecile Kellogg, George D. 
Robertson, Ray Harper and James McCue.

Suzanne White was in charge of the music.  Floral arrangements were cared for 
by Stephen Kimball and Mrs. Arthur Rivett.

Attending the services from away were Mrs. Bertha Liscombe, Mr. and Mrs. Leo 
Foster and son and Walter Wright of Edmore; Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Liscombe and 
Barbara of Marion; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Liscombe and sons of Hubbardston; Mrs. 
Lorraine Pelon of Woodard Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Casteele of Lansing; Mr. 
and Mrs. Frank Murphy and Mr. and Herbert Murphy and daughters of Saginaw; Mr. 
and Mrs. Mark Murphy and Earl and Mr. and Mrs. Claude Osmun of Grand Rapids; 
Byron Jones of Vickeryville; Mrs. Ela Baird, Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Baird and 
Robert, Mrs. John Reiger, Mr. and Mrs. Harlon Eggleston, Mrs. Rober Grover, 
John Sulliton, Mrs. Rber Grover, John Sullivan, Harold Harper, Mrs. Kenneth 
Beckhorn, Mrs. Harry Collier, Jr., Mrs. Olive Wieczorek and Mrs. Isabelle 
Kelley of Iona; and Mr. and Mrs. Randolph Scheurer of Orleans.
