Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 1 Aug 1957

Mrs. Louise A.  Lisle, 48, 930 West Lincoln avenue, wife of F. G. Lisle, died
early Thursday morning at her home after a lingering illness.

Born in New York City June 28, 1909 she was a daughter of Alfred and Madeline
Watson.  She was married to F. G. Lisle in 1933 in Ashland, Ky. at the Episcopal
church.  Mrs. Lisle came to Ionia with her husband in 1940 from Columbus, Ohio
and they lived in the present home since 1942.  She was baptized and confirmed
in the Episcopal church and was a member of the Woman’s Literary club and Ionia
Garden club.
