Ionia Sentinel Standard, page 3, 29 Sep 1981

Leo L. Litchfield, 72, of 8273 Front St., Palo, died Friday at Belding Christian
Nursing Home.

Services were Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Leddick Funeral Home with the Rev. Dan
Bennett of the Palo United Methodist Church officiating.  The organist was Mrs.
Josephine Barna.  Burial was in the North Eagle cemetery.  The pallbearer were
Keith Litchfield, Duane Litchfield, Ronald Litchfield, C. Daryl Weeks, Terry
Fisher, Forrest Stahl.

Prior to the service a luncheon was conducted at the Palo Oddfellow Lodge. 
Saturday evening an Oddfellow memorial service was conducted at the funeral home
under the direction of Robert Peterson and Allen Roche.
