Little, 77, 612 Harrison avenue, on Tuesday, shortly before noon, was a distinct shock to her family and many friends in this community. Death came as Mrs. Little was visiting with her physician prior to taking a treatment. She had been in poor health for several years but had felt much better for the past few weeks. Mrs. Elizabeth Breimayer Little was the widow of William Little who preceded her in death over 40 years ago. During the past 25 years the deceased had been a resident of this city, having made her home for some time with her son, Tom Little and family. She was born in Washtenaw county, the eldest in the family of 8 children, born to Ferdinand and Agatha Breimayer. The other of the family who has passed away besides the father and mother, is Joe Breimayer, prominent Miriam farmer who died in 1926. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 9 o’clock at St. Joseph’s Catholic church, of which the deceased was a faithful member. Fr. L. L. Door will officiate. The Christian Mothers society of which she was a member, will meet for payers Thursday evening at the late home. Mrs. Little was the mother of four children, two of whom survive: Mrs. Carl Edelstein of Cleveland, Ohio, and Tom Little of this city. The surviving brothers and sisters are Anthony and Charles Breimayer of Miriam, Mrs. Josephine Fisher of near Belding, Mrs. Cynthia Cowles of near Smyrna, Mrs. Roland Bridges of Carbondale, Ill., Mrs. Ralph Russell of Luther; also two granddaughters, Miss Josephine Gregg of Cleveland, Ohio, and Eva Mae Little of this city, survive. Subsequent Publication: September 10, 1936 Correction: In the obituary of Mrs. Elizabeth Little in last weeks’ Banner- News, the name of Miss Josephine Gregg was given as being a granddaughter of the deceased. The name should have been Miss Virginia Palmer, of Cleveland, Ohio. We sincerely regret this mistake.
