Herbert Loase a son of Ernest Loase formerly well known in this city and Smyrna,
was scaled to death in a tank or pool of boiling hot water at the Shaw-Walker
works in Muskegon Saturday.

The boy was playing around the factory and fell in, it is said the place was not
properly guarded and the Company are blamed for negligence.
