The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, July 2, 1946

Funeral services for Cyrenus H. Lockwood, 77, were held Monday at 3:00 p.m. 
from the Myers funeral home with Dr. Paul Stewart officiating.  Interment was 
at the Highland Park cemetery.  Bearers were Wesley Sterns, O.D. Graham, 
Manuel Rayfus, Al Hoover, J. J. Ball and William Harwood.

Attending from away were Mr. and Mrs. Burr Parker, Mrs. Bethel MacLean and 
daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Morton, and Mrs. Albert Roberson of Lansing, Mr. 
and Mrs. Frank Lockwood of Alma, Mrs. Don Baker and Mrs. Robert Shaull of 
Ithaca, Mrs. Ray Barnard of Portland, Mr. and Mrs. James Nagy and Mr. and Mrs. 
Charles Nagy of Brown City, Mr. and Mrs. Glen Schlarf of Ashley, Mrs. Max Amos 
and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Keys of Owosso, Sgt. Leonard Smith of Ft. Dix, New 
Jersey, Mr. and Mrs. David Lockwood of St. Johns, and Mrs. Robert Galloway of 
Portland.
