Lake Odessa Wave - Times - March 3, 1916
          AGED TAMARAC AND ODESSA RESIDENTS PASS AWAY.

   C. V. Lockwood, aged 80 years, died of old age at his home in Tamarac Monday,
Feb. 28. The funeral was 
held at the Tamarac church Thursday afternoon. The deceased was well known here,
being a frequent visitor 
to this village. Those from out of town who were in attendance at the funeral were:
Harry Alden of Athens, 
Mich.: Mrs. H. S. Teall, S. D.; Mrs. E. Lockwood of Milwaukee, Wis., and Eugene
Lockwood of Ohio.
