Services at Saranac for John Loerch

John Henry Loerch, age 72, of Rte #2, Lake Odessa, passed away Thursday evening, 
May 19, at his home. He had resided on Tupper Lake for the past few years.

Mr. Loerch was born January 22, 1905 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of Fred and 
Julia (Keil) Loerch. He married Catherine Bowers July 8, 1927 in Long Island, 
New York. They resided in Saranac for 35 years and farmed on Johnson Road for 27 
years.

He was a retired electrical  engineer and a member of the Electrical Engineers 
Society.

Survivors are his wife, Catherine; two sons, John D. of Pennsylvania and Bruce 
of Lake Orion; one daughter, Catherine Sadler of Washington, and 12 
grandchildren.

Services were held Monday, May 23 at Roetman Funeral Home in Saranac. Rev. Gary 
Evans of the Lake Odessa Congregational Church officiated with interment in 
Easton Cemetery.
