Logan, died at one o’clock this afternoon, of pneumonia. He first repotted himself sick day before yesterday, and his father gave him some medicine. He did not seem to be bad off, but yesterday morning he was worse, and his father had him removed from his boarding place to the doctor’s house, and remained up with him all night. This morning his condition was evidently critical, both lungs being filled, and Dr. Thomas was called in consultation, but all efforts for his relief failed. Deceased was 40 years of age. He leaves a daughter of seven years, whose home has been with her grandparents since the death of her mother five years ago.
