Lakewood News - May 4, 2013

Anthony “Tony” Logan passed away unexpectedly on Sunday April 28, 2013.

He was born to Nolan and Debbie (Carpenter) Logan on September 5, 1979 in 
Hastings. Tony was a lifelong resident of Lake Odessa graduating from Lakewood 
High School in 1998, where he’d enjoyed being part of the football team as a 
running back. Tony also enjoyed hunting, fishing and more recently being a 
minor league baseball coach for his son.

He was also known to be quite the handyman. When he had been able, Tony worked 
as a Patient Care Assistant at St. Mary’s Hospital. On Oct. 24, 209 he married 
Brandy Dennie.

Tony will be dearly missed by many, including his wife, Brandy; children, Chas 
Logan, Layla Logan, Waylan Logan and Cassidy Hoag; parents, Nolan (Debbie) 
Logan of Lake Odessa; brothers, Jim (Amanda) Logan of Muskegon, Bobby Logan of 
Winnetka, IL: mother-in-law, Brenda Dennie of Lake Odessa; along with special 
cousin Andy Jackson of Ionia.

Funeral services were held Friday May 3, 2013 at the Kilpatrick U.B. in Christ 
Church with interment to follow at Lakeside Cemetery, Lake Odessa.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to the “Logan Family Fund” which is 
being organized at The Hairport.

Arrangements made by Koops Funeral Chapel, Lake Odessa.
