Logan, 60, Route 2, Lake Odessa, died Tuesday at Borgess Hospital in Kalamazoo. He was born July 4, 1924, in Montpieler, Ohio, the son of Rex and Mabel Logan. He graduated from high school in Kokymo, Ind. in 1942, and married Betty Turner Sept 8, 1945, in Butler, Ind. He moved from Bryan, Ohio, to the Lake Odessa area in 1956. He worked for Machine Products and E.W. Bliss Manufacturing Co., and was a member of the Central United Methodist Church. He was a member of the Masons and the Lions Club. Survivors include his wife, Betty; three sons, Larry, of East Greenwich, R.I., Nolan of Lake Odessa and Monte at home; and one daughter, Marcia Bytwerk of Grand Rapids. Also surviving are a twin sister, Betty Irelan of Greentown, Ind.; one brother, Donald, of Sharpsville, Ind.; and six grandsons. Funeral services will be Friday at 3 p.m. from the Koops Funeral Chapel in Lake Odessa, with the Rev. Thurlan Meredith officiating. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery.
