Ionia County News, 3 Jan 1952

Funeral service for Mrs. Hazel London, 228, Adams St., was held from Myers 
funeral home Wednesday afternoon.  Mrs. London died Sunday, December 30.  Rev. 
Ritenburg of Owosso, officiated and burial was in Highland Park cemetery.

Hazel Robinson, daughter of Demetrius and Jennie Robinson, was born September 
8, 1882, and married to Charles London in Mecosta county November 7, 1908.  
They came to Ionia in 1917, and Mrs. London was employed at the Ypsilanti Reed 
for thirteen years.

Survivors are her husband, her mother, Mrs. Jennie Robinson of Ionia, two 
sisters, Mrs. Letha Patterson, Portland, and Mrs. Helen Roomsburg, Ionia.  A 
son, Charles A., died in infancy, and another son, Demetrius, died in January, 
1918.
