Ionia Sentinel, Thursday, November 10, 1892

Mrs. W. G. Longe died Sunday morning at 8 o’clock of typhoid pneumonia, aged 31 
years.  Her husband and five children survive her.  The youngest child, nine 
years old, is not expected to live and two others are seriously ill.  The 
funeral will be held from the church of SS. Peter and Paul, tomorrow at 8 
o’clock.  Interment at Catholic cemetery.  Mr. Long is the junior partner of 
the firm of Welch & Longe and has the heartfelt sympathy of the community.

[Transcriber's Note:  A notation on the obituary card indicates that the 
youngest child was nine months old.]
