Sharon L. Longwell, 47, of Saranac died Tuesday, May 3, 1994.  She was born the
daughter of Burt and Cora (Geelhood) Tefft on September 15, 1946 in Ionia.  She
was graduated from Belding High School in 1964, and worked at Meijers in Ionia
for 10 years.  She married Ralph Longwell, January 27, 1972 in Belding.

She is survived by her mother Cora Tefft of Belding; her husband Ralph of
Saranac; two daughters, Brenda Hildebrant of Belding and Tonya Longwell of
Saranac; three brothers, John Tefft of Indiana, George Tefft of Greenville, and
Mike Tefft of Belding; two sisters, Carolyn Foster and Ruth Hall both of
Belding; two grandsons; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

Visitation will be Thursday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and
7 to 8:30 p.m. at the Lake Funeral Home, Saranac.  Funeral services will be
Saturday, at 11 a.m. at the Day Bible Chapel in Saranac with the Rev. Frank
Lattimore officiating.  Burial will be in the Saranac Cemetery.  Memorial
contributions can be made to the Alzheimers Association.  Envelopes are
available at the funeral home.
