                                Gary G.Longwell

Gary G. Longwell, 55, of Saranac passed away June 21, 2010. He was born Nov. 19, 
1954, in Ionia, the son of Ralph E and Doris L.(Linderman) Longwell Sr..

He graduated from Saranac High School in 1973. Gary married Jean Warner Feb.11, 
1984, in Ionia. He served in the  Army for six years Gary was a member of the 
Ionia Moose Lodge. He loved to cook, play cards, golf, bowl, play horseshoes and 
he was very close to his family.

Gary is survived by his loving wife of 26 years, Jean Longwell of Saranac; 
daughters, Rebecca (Sean) Bailey of Crystal, Alisha (Jack) Bennett of Saranac; 
brothers James (Carol) Longwell of Saranac, Ralph Longwell Jr., of Saranac and 
Steve (Theresa) Longwell of Grand Rapids; sisters, Cheryl (Roger) Knetson of 
Saranac and Brenda (Tony) Mapes of Ionia; grandchildren, Tabitha Bailey and 
Robert Bennett and father and mother-in-law, Mr and Mrs.Warner of Ionia.

He was preceded in death by his brother Robert and sister Barbara Zeeryp.

A Memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Ionia Moose Lodge with Pastor 
Jeff Kahl officiating. Arrangements by Lake Funeral Home of Saranac. Anyone
