The Ionia Sentinel-Standrad, Saturday, December 17, 1949

Belding—Janis Pearl Loomans, 14-months-old daughter of Louis and Ivah Loomans 
of Belding, died Friday, Dec. 16, at St. Mary’s hospital in Grand Rapids.  
Cause of death is unknown.  It is reported that an autopsy will be conducted.  
She has been ill since Wednesday.

Her body was removed to the Ellis funeral home in Belding.  Funeral 
arrangements will be announced later.
