Her death resulted from the injury received a few weeks ago from the kick of one of her horses. She, with her brother, Alfred, were pioneers of this township and for many years lived together, his death two years ago separating them. At the time she was injured a nurse was sent from Chicago by her sister, Mrs. Early, to care for her, with instructions to her physician, Dr. Stanton, to give her the best attention possible, which has been done. Becoming worse, Mrs. Early, who is quite feeble, was sent for a few days ago and is now very sick with pneumonia.
