Belding Banner, 27 Mar 1902, page 5

Maj. Arthur P. Loomis was called west by the death of his brother Jesse,
Saturday, of pneumonia.  The deceased was 35 years of age and a bright young
man.  His banking career was begun in the Second National bank of Ionia, now
National bank.  At the time of his death he held a position in one of the
leading banks of Cheyenne.
