Ionia Daily Sentinel Standard, 5 Jun 1978

Della D. Loop, 62, of 230 Elmwood, NE, Grand Rapids, died Saturday at Blodgett
Memorial Medical Center.  She was born February 10, 1916 in Iosco county, the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Russell.  She married Lloyd W. Loop in
Lansing, March 28, 1933 and lived most of her life in Lansing and Grand Rapids.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, Lloyd, jr. of Ionia; Lyle of Lowell
and Russell of Grand Rapids; two daughters Mrs. Linda Stepniak of Grand Rapids
and Mrs. Della (Dawn) Minaker of Detroit; one brother, Wesley Russell of
Lansing; three sisters, Mrs. Frances Johnson of Mecosta, Mrs. Avis Zumsteg of
Ionia and Mrs. Helen Sullivan of California; 15 grandchildren and two
great-grandchildren.

Services are Tuesday at 11 a.m. from the Myers-Roetman funeral home with burial
in Balcom cemetery.  The family will receive friends and relatives at the
funeral home Monday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  A memorial fund is established for
the Michigan Heart Fund.
