Dorothy Irene Lootens, 62, of Ionia, passed away July 18, 2012. She was born 
April 13m 1950 in Detroit, the daughter of John and Loreen (Wolfgang) Mayercak. 
She married Henry Lootens July 18, 1699 in Midland, Conn. 

Dorothy is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Henry Lootens of Lake 
Odessa; sons Henry Alan Lootens of Lake Odessa, Jeremy Lootens of Lake Odessa, 
Matthew (Sarah) Lootens of Virginia Beach, and Jason Lootens of Hot Springs and 
12 grandchildren; brothers Phillip (Ruth) Mayercak of Holt, Paul (Jean) 
Mayercak of Oil City and Glen Mayercak of Oil City; and sisters Mary Angel of 
California and Margaret Grewe of Shepard.

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Tuesday at Woodard Lake Cemetery with 
Rev. Daniel Heaton officiating. Funeral arrangements by Lake Funeral Home in 
Ionia.
