Hold Last Rites for Orson Losey
Funeral services were held from the Congregational church Wednesday afternoon for 
Orson Losey, 67, a former well known Portland resident, who died Sunday at the 
home of his brother Louis Losey, in Battle Creek, following an illness of several 
months. 
Before leaving Portland about 20 years ago Mr. Losey conducted a pool hall and 
restaurant here. Removing to Trout Creek in the upper peninsula his place became a 
rendezvous for Portland hunters who made their headquarters near his home while 
deer hunting, helping him keep up acquaintance with Portland projects.
