The Ionia Daily Sentinel, Tuesday, December 17, 1918
The remains of Mrs. Matilda G. Loveland, who died at Girard, Ohio, Saturday 
morning at the age of 64, arrived here on the four o’clock train today.  
Funeral services Tuesday afternoon at 2 o’clock.  Rev. J. S. Deabler will 
officiate and interment will be in Balcom cemetery.

Subsequent Publication:

The funeral for Mrs. Matilda J. Loveland was held at the Evangelical church at 
two o’clock this afternoon.  Rev. J. S. Deabler officiated and Mrs. Orin 
Schmidt and George Bills with Mrs. Morganthaler as organist furnished the 
music.  Interment was in Balcom cemetery.  The bearers were Sidney Galloway, 
Clark Galloway and William Bennett.
