Ionia Sentinel Standard, 2 Aug 1944

Funeral services for Benjamin Loveless, 80-year-old Muir resident, were held
Monday afternoon at 4 o’clock at the Shaw-Rivett funeral chapel, Muir.  Rev.
Paul L. Stewart officiated and burial was in the Muir cemetery.  Pallbearers
were William Kemp, Matt Miller, Eugene Borden, Cpl. Harold Kemp, Howard Allan
and George Clark.

Relatives attending services from away were Will Loveless of Lyons, Mr. and Mrs.
George Clark of Battle Creek, Mr. and Mrs. Newton Parsons of Grand Ledge, Mr.
and Mrs. Roy Edwards of Lansing, Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Allan and family of
Manchester, Cpl. Harold R. Kemp of Camp Hood, Texas, Mrs. Carl Ludwick and Mrs.
Earl Ludwick of St. Johns.
