The Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard, Tuesday, April 8, 1941
Miss Mae Lovely died Monday at 11 a.m. at the home of Mrs. Eva Higgins in 
Saranac.  She was born September 29, 1867 in Ionia county and moved to South 
Boston township in the Ware school district with her parents at the age of six 
months and lived in that community until recent years.  Her parents and 
brother died several years ago.  The only relatives she leaves are cousins.  
The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the home of Rev. 
and Mrs. C. A. Glass.  Burial will be at South Boston cemetery.
