                            Eileen L.Lower

Eileen L.Lower,78, of Ionia. loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, 
passed away on Monday May 31 2010.

She was born on Sept.4,1931, in Sheridan, the daughter of Carl and Arlean 
(Clark) Lund. Mrs.Lower retired from Berger Motor Sales after many years of 
service. She was a member of SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church, where she was 
baptized and confirmed on Aug.24, 1950.

She then married Mr.Phillip Lower on Sept.16., 1950, ad together they shared 45 
years of marriage until his passing in 1995. Also preceding her in death were 
her parents, Carl Lund and Arlean Robinson.

Surviving are her children, Thomas(Kitty) Lower, Daniel (Gail) Lower, Eric 
(Traccie) Lower and Teresa (Anthony) Antonetti; 16 grandchildren; 14 great-
grandchildren; brother Lloyd Lund and sister, Deborah Hendricks; several nieces 
and nephews.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 aa.m. Saturday, June 5, 
2010, at SS Peter & Paul Catholic Church with Rev. Antony Britto, presiding. 
Rite of Committal will follow at Mt.Olivet Catholic Cemetery. 

The family will receive friends at the Shrauben-Lehman Funeral Homes,Ionia from 
2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday. A rosary will be prayed at 7:30 p.m.

For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made to the Ionia Area Hospice 
or to the SS.Peter & Paul education Foundation, in memory of Mrs.Eileen
