Ionia Sentinel Standard, 15 May 2001

Lorna Lowery, 73, of Kalkaska, formerly of Muir passed away in Kalkaska, Friday,
May 11, 2002.    She was born March 21, 1928 in Orange Twp., the daughter of
Orrie and Faithe (Aubaugh) Woodard.

She was a graduate of Lyons High School May 28, 1947.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Ronald) Green of Ionia; her brother,
Daniel (Patti) Woodard of Freesoil; 10 grandchildren; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one daughter, Alice Faithe Lowery;
three sons, Lloyd James Lowery, Michiel Lee Lowery and Lee Allen Lowery; three
brothers, Walter Woodard, Harold (Ed) Woodard and Raymond Woodard; and one
sister, Thelma (Woodard) Leitch.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hull Memorial Chapel of
Lake Funeral Homes in Muir with Rev. Kendall Harger officiating.  Interment
Lyons Cemetery.  Visitation was held on Monday.
