Lake Odessa Wave-Thurs. Feb. 11, 1954

THOMAS LOWREY DIED THURSDAY
Thomas Lowrey 85, died at Traverse City last Thursday. He lived on a farm in Berlin
township for many years and later owned and operated the grocery store where Catt's grocery
is now located. He also operated a grocery store at Saranac after leaving here. His wife
Blanche died in 1930.

Funeral service were held Sunday at the Morris funeral home in Saranac with burial
in Saranac cemetery.
