The Ionia Standard, Friday, November 27, 1885
Norton E. Lowrey died on Friday last.  He was nearly 90 years of age and the 
cause of his death was undoubtedly a general decay of powers due to old age.  
He had been a resident of Berlin for over 30 years.  The funeral was held on 
Sunday at the center.
