JOE LUDEMA
Joe Ludema, age 102,of Clarksville, MI, went to be with The Lord on Wednesday, 
Jan.12, 2022at his home surrounded by loving family.

Joe was born on November 17, 1919 to Cornelius and Alice (DeKraker) Ludema in 
Hudsonville. Joe proudly served his country during WW II. On February 9, 1946 he 
married Ruth Weiterink and she preceded him in death on July 24, 2013. Joe was a 
lifelong farmer in the Clarksville area.

Joe will be dearly missed by his children, Jane Leet, Robert (Meredith) Ludema 
and Pat (Larry( Boyink: 10 grandchildren and 29 great-grandchildren; sister, 
Lillian Cooper along with several nieces and nephews.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Ruth; son, Steven Ludema; 
siblings, Jen Dewert and Peter Ludema.

Visitation to be held on Friday, Jan. 13, 2022 at the Harvest Community Church, 
620 6th Ave, Lake Odessa, MI 48849 from 10 a.m until time of service at 11 a.m.. 
Joe will be laid to rest next to Ruth following funeral services.

Memorials are suggested to the Harvest Community Church.
