Sentinel-Std. - Thursday, Nov. 18, 1937

Funeral services for Fred J. Ludwick, who died Sunday evening at the home of 
his daughter, Mrs. Mina Leach, in Detroit, were held Wednesday afternoon at 2 
o'clock from the Boynton funeral chapel in Ionia. Rev. Frederick Dunbar, pastor 
of the Methodist Episcopal church of Ionia, officiated, and the burial was at 
the family lot in North Plains cemetery.

Bearers were Arthur Wilson, Leon -each, Dale Jordan and Leon Ludwick.

Among those attending the services from away were Mrs. Mina Leach and Ellsworth 
Leach of Detroit, Mr. and Mrs. Leon Ludwick of St. Johns, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. 
Dixon of Belding, Mrs. Charlotte Jordan and Dale Jordan of Battle Creek, Mr. 
and Mrs. William Bissell and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bissell and John Shoemaker of 
Pewamo, Mrs. Henry Youngs of Alma, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Sattler and Mrs. Emma 
Miller and Lyle Miller of Grand Ledge.
