Ionia County News, page 6, 21 Feb 1963

Christina Lumbert, 91, of 408 Lewis Street, Belding, passed away, Wednesday,
February 6, at 6:30 p.m. following an illness of five years.  Born in Stark
County, Indiana, on May 25, 1871, Mrs. Lumbert had resided in Belding for the
past 20 years.  She had been living at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Miles
Hopkins, where she passed away.  She was married to Lewis Baughman and in 1945,
she was wed to Eugene Lumbert, who passed away in 1945.

She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Noah, of near Mt. Pleasant,
Mrs. Miles Hopkins of Belding, Mrs. Eunice Lyons of New York and Mrs. Nora
Glazier, of near Palo; two sons, Elmer Baughman, of near Mt. Pleasant and Ivan
Lumbert of Belding.

Funeral services were held on Saturday, February 9, at 2:00 p.m., at the Huffman
Funeral Home, in Belding, with the Rev. Ralph Dean of the Central Methodist
Church officiating.  Burial was in the River Ridge Cemetery.
