Ionia Daily Sentinel-Standard - Thurs. July 25, 1963

Funeral services for Albert E. Luther, 72, of 316 East Lincoln avenue will be 
held Saturday afternoon at 1:30 at Stone-Kauffman funeral home.

Mr. Luther died Thursday morning at Ionia County Memorial hospital where he had 
been admitted Wednesday.

He was born August 8, 1890 in Entrican, the son of Anson and Mina Luther. A 
retired farmer, he lived most of his life in the Lakeview area and was married 
to Grace Switzer of Amble. He later moved to Ionia and was married to Flora 
Velia who died nine years ago.

Survivors are one son, Donald Luther of Arizona; two daughters, Mrs. Paul 
Dreger of California and Opal of Chicago; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Blumberg of 
Ionia; several grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Interment will be in Entrican cemetery.
