ORLEANS – George H. Luttrell, 71, of route 1, Orleans, died Monday at Sheridan 
Community Hospital.

Born January 28, 1903, in Casey County, Ky., he was the son of Robert and Sally 
Luttrell. He was a resident of the Orleans area since 1952 and formerly owned 
and operated the Long Lake grocery store.

In 1930 he married at Bedford, Ind., to Celesta Miller and she survives.

Besides the wife he leaves a son Eugene G. at home; daughter, Mrs. Wanda Jane 
Smith of Orleans; three grandchildren; two brothers, James of Cheboygan and 
Robert of Stanton; sister, Mrs. Lillian Gavett of Stanton.

Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Stebbins-Simpson funeral 
home at Sheridan. Rev. Rolla Timmons will officiate and interment will be at 
Woodard Lake Cemetery.

Family will be at the funeral home Tuesday from 7 until 8:30 p.m.
