The Ionia Daily Standard, Tuesday, March 10, 1908

The funeral of Archie Lyle, township clerk of Easton, will be on Thursday—11 
o’clock , at his late home, and at 12:00 noon at the Dildine church.  Deceased 
was aged 32 years, and leaves a wife but no children.  Mr. Lyle was a 
substitute, and next in line for promotion to rural mail carrier, and numbered 
many friends.
