Ionia Sentinel Standard - Feb. 2010


Jerry Lynch, 54, of Lowell passed away Feb. 17, 2010, in Ionia. He was born 
March 2, 1955, in Chicago, Ill. the son of Jasper and Sally (Pruitt) Lynch. 
Jerry married Jill Tremblay, April 17, 1979, in Lansing. He worked for the 
Department of Corrections for 23 years. He loved NASCAR, Ford trucks, classic 
cars and his grandchildren.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 30 years Jill; children, Laura Lynch of 
Grand Rapids and John (Tammy) Lynch of Lowell; brother Jasper kirk Lynch of 
Illinois; sister, Gayle Reneau of Lansing; grandchildren, Marlyse Ritter, 
Matalynn Ritter and Austin Davis.

He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter Kelly Tremblay; brothers, 
Leonard and Gregory; and sister, Francis.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Lake Funeral Home in 
Saranac with Rev. Mark Lipscomb officiating. Interment Saranac Cemetery. The 
family will receive friends and relatives from 10 a.m. to noon and 3 to 5 p.m. 
Tuesday at the funeral home. Anyone wishing may make memorial contributions to
