MACKEY
Jean Ann Mackey age 89 of Saranac passed away December 3, 2021.She was born 
March 25, 1932, the daughter of Carl and Mary (Goodenough) Houserman. 

Jean attended Saranac Community Schools graduating with the class of 1950.She 
went on to marry David Mackey July 11, 1953 in Saranac. He preceded her in death 
January 26, 2009.

Jean was a member of Saranac Community Church and the Red Hat Society.She loved 
bowling and playing cards.

Surviving Jean is her son Scott Mackey of Saranac. Granddaughter Sabrina 
(Matthew) Meyers of Saranac. Great-granddaughter Zalia Mackey of Saranac. 
Several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband 
Dave and sister Joyce Kneale.

Cremation has taken place and Memorial Services will be held at the Lake Funeral 
Home in Saranac, Friday, December 10, 2021, at 11:00 a.m with Pastor Becky Poor 
officiating. Visitation will be on Friday 10-11 a.m. at the Funeral hHome.Those 
wishing may make memorial contributions to Elara Hospice or the Saranac Fire
