Ionia Sentinel Standard, 23 Jun 1994

Martha Jean Mackinnon, 76, of Cedar Springs, died June 21, 1994 in Belding.  She
was born on May 6, 1918 in Parker’s Landing, Penn., the daughter of Charles and
Ida (McNaughton) Christy.  She married Cecil Mackinnon on Nov. 4, 1967 in Ionia.

She is survived by her husband Cecil; one son, Bruce Patterson of Ionia; one
daughter, Mrs. Carl Richert of Saranac; five grandchildren; two great
grandchildren; three step children; and several step grandchildren and great
grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place.  A memorial service will be at the United Methodist
Church 11 a.m. Saturday with Rev. Seeleck officiating.  Memorials can be made to
the church building fund and the American Cancer Society.
