Ionia Daily Standard, 8 Nov 1917

Mrs. E. E. Watts, 71 years old, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank
LaDow of Grand Rapids. the body will be brought here on the 7:08 train tomorrow
morning and will be taken directly to Highland Park for burial.

MACHLAN, Mrs. Elizabeth, aged seventy-one passed away at the home of her
daughter Mrs. Frank LaDow 817 Kalamazoo Ave. S. E. Surviving her are four
daughters Mrs. F. A. Gray, Mrs. J. McMullen, Mrs. F. LaDow, Mrs. McCricket, five
sons: Frank, George, and William Foster and James and William Watts. Funeral
Services will be held from residence Thursday evening at 8 o'clock. The body
will be taken to Ionia Friday morning for burial.
