He was born March 4, 1865 in Germany and came with his parents to this country when six years old, and had resided in Odessa Township until retiring and moving to Lake Odessa in 1940. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs.A.H. Westerling and Miss Katherine Majinska of Chicago, ILL., Mrs.Ruth Morrow and Mrs. Mary Capron of Lake Odessa, two sons Bernard and Joseph H. of Lake Odessa, two sisters Mrs Anna Arnold and Mrs Emma Slowinski of Ionia and one brother John of Lake Odessa and six grandchildren. Mr. Majinska reposed at the Pickens Funeral Chapel where services were held this morning (Thursday) at 9:30 and at St. Edwards Church at 10. Rev.Fr. Donald M.Farrell officiated. Burial in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
