Manley Funeral Tuesday Dies at Traverse City. Body Taken to Home of Son. Leaves Husband and Two Sons. The body of Mrs. Viola Manley, wife of J. F. Manley, living north of Lake Odessa, was met at the train Saturday by Wortley and Baine, undertakers, and taken to the home of a son Mr. and Mrs. Alton Manley where the funeral was held Tuesday. Mrs. Manley has been in poor health for several years and had been in the hospital at Traverse City for help for a couple of years when her death occurred. Besides her husband she leaves a son Alva besides the son Alton mentioned above. ---- Regarding the Death of Mrs. William Manley Unable to get the data of Mrs. Manley’s death last week we wrote up the account as given us. Since, it is learned that several things were wrongly stated. Mrs. Manley’s given name was Pearl May and she was taken ill just a year before her death and on account of the nature of her illness she was taken to Traverse City where she was 10 months or until her death. Besides the husband and sons she heaves a brother, Simon Misner of Coopersville. The Rev. C. D. Triess of Clarksville preached the funeral sermon. Relatives were present from Coopersville, Marne, and Lakeview. The funeral was held at her late home.
